This unique position blends the roles of server and bartender, requiring versatility, empathy, and the ability to anticipate our guests' needs. Ideal candidates are those who find joy in helping others and can create memorable experiences through thoughtful service. Responsibilities: Serve and bartend, providing knowledgeable recommendations about our menu and beverages. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor their experience accordingly. Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Participate in ongoing training to continually enhance your knowledge and skills. Qualifications: Proven experience in serving, bartending, or a similar role in a high-volume dining environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural inclination towards empathy and understanding. A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality field. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
